What is a matcha cultivar?

Cultivar is a name for a specific variety of tea plant (camellia sinensis). Similar to wine, the cultivar affects the taste, aroma and color of the final drink. At SORAMI we bring several cultivars to Košice so you can discover the differences and find your favorite matcha.
